Sunscreen/Sunblock- Today, everyone knows that protecting their skin against the sun is a must! This is not a scret, but it IS considered an anti aging secret. The fact is that exposure to the sun, although it provides Vitamin D (which is good), can cause premature aging of the skin, and even worse, skin cancer.

Use Sunscreen to Avoid Aging of Skin It's important to always be prepared with a good sunblock that will provide enough protection to block out the damaging UVA and UVB rays. The sun damages skin cells, and it becomes less able to repair itself with much exposure to the sun. Using a sunblock with a high SPF (such as 45) can greatly reduce your chances of developing melanoma (a type of skin cancer) or premature aging.

I love being in the sun, but am too concerned about skin cancer and aging to stay out in it for lengthy periods of time. When I am however, I always use sunblock.
